Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Recruit CX. We've written them in plain language where possible, but some legal substance must remain.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Recruit CX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, don't use the Service. If you're under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms.

2. Account Terms

You're responsible for your account security and password. Recruit CX isn't liable for loss or damage from security failures. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must be a human — accounts registered by bots are not permitted
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including NCAA rules
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited communications to coaches or programs
• Upload false or misleading athletic statistics or academic records
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

4. Email Integration

When you connect your email account, you grant us permission to access email metadata to organize recruiting communications. You can revoke this access anytime through your account settings. We process email data per our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Recruit CX owns the Service and its original content, features, and functionality. International copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws protect them. You own all content you upload: athletic profiles, statistics, and highlight videos.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. No refunds for partial months. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. We can change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account anytime for violating these terms. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently delete it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Our compliance engine helps you stay within regulations, but Recruit CX doesn't guarantee full compliance and isn't a substitute for professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Recruit CX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
