We built Recruit CX to help families, not to sell data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect information you provide when creating an account, filling out a form, or contacting us: name, email address, phone number, and other details you share.

When you connect email, we access metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date) to organize recruiting communications. We don't read full email content unless you enable that feature.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Organize your recruiting communications and program tracking
• Monitor compliance on your behalf
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests

3. Information Sharing

We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

• With your consent or at your direction
• With service providers who assist in operating our platform
• To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

4. Data Retention

We keep your personal information while your account is active or as needed to provide services. Close your account and we delete your data within 30 days, except where law requires retention.

We protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is designed for athletes, including minors. We require parental consent for users under 13. Parents can review, modify, or delete their child's information anytime through the family dashboard.
