Términos de Servicio

These terms govern your use of Recruit CX. We've written them in plain language where possible, but some legal substance must remain.

1. Aceptación de Términos

By using Recruit CX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, don't use the Service. If you're under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms.

2. Términos de la Cuenta

You're responsible for your account security and password. Recruit CX isn't liable for loss or damage from security failures. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

• Una persona o entidad legal no puede mantener más de una cuenta gratuita
• Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar este servicio

3. Uso Aceptable

Aceptas no usar el Servicio para:

• Violar cualquier ley o regulación aplicable, incluyendo las reglas de la NCAA
• Infringir los derechos de otros
• Enviar spam o comunicaciones no solicitadas a entrenadores o programas
• Subir estadísticas deportivas o expedientes académicos falsos o engañosos
• Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a otras cuentas o sistemas
• Interferir o interrumpir el Servicio o su infraestructura

4. Integración de Correo

When you connect your email account, you grant us permission to access email metadata to organize recruiting communications. You can revoke this access anytime through your account settings. We process email data per our Privacy Policy.

5. Propiedad Intelectual

Recruit CX owns the Service and its original content, features, and functionality. International copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws protect them. You own all content you upload: athletic profiles, statistics, and highlight videos.

6. Pago y Facturación

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. No refunds for partial months. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. We can change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Terminación

We may terminate or suspend your account anytime for violating these terms. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, we keep your data for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently delete it.

8. Exención de Garantías

El Servicio se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad" sin garantías de ningún tipo. Aunque nuestro motor de cumplimiento está diseñado para ayudarte a cumplir con las regulaciones de la NCAA, Recruit CX no garantiza el cumplimiento total de la NCAA y no sustituye el asesoramiento profesional de cumplimiento.

9. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En ningún caso Recruit CX será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos, incluyendo sin limitación, pérdida de ganancias, datos, uso, buena voluntad u otras pérdidas intangibles, resultantes de tu acceso o uso o imposibilidad de acceder o usar el Servicio.
